RULES: you win money by annexing countries, money can be used to buy troops, one troop costs $100, you can annex countries by having more troops than them and attacking them, if you attack someone and have more troops than them, you will get 50% of the country, if you annex a country you get their money, you can only attack once per day, you start with $1000 and 10 troops. By attacking someone you lose half your troops and them just a quarter. You can give troops to allies. You can only ally people that have the same/average/close ideology. You can only attack countries that are being used. you get 100$ a day If you attack someone that has invaded you get your territories back. You can use ally territories to move through the map.
