★ RHYTHM PRISM 2 (UNFINISHED VERISON) Well, you may not have seen it coming, but I’m back with another rhythm game! I didn’t really think I’d end up doing this, but I sure proved myself wrong. But I think I’ve gotten better with rhythm games. The engine is a bit better; I added extra variables to make sure you can’t hold to catch multiple notes (thanks to @Kalcey), and a better interface. And speaking of rhythm games, I managed to get some of the songs onto Beat Saber! Isn't that incredible?! If you play Beat Saber, you can download the maps here: https://beatsaver.com/playlists/8210 * New content will be added to the playlist depending on my mood. ★ FEATURES - A brand-new, user-friendly interface - A story (?) and quick play mode - A new Unlock Songs feature, where you can unlock up to six more songs with the appropriate song codes - Game modifiers, which you can find in Settings - A Community Hub, where you can view the top records of other players (find in World Records) - Experimental Songs (you can find them in Unlock Songs) * Please note that double notes won’t always work. You might have to press twice. * Please also be sure to have your computer ready before trying Rhythmic Awakening in hard mode, because it has a lot of double notes, and if only Scratch could let you click two things at once on mobile… ★ SONG CODES 4LL-5T4R5 B34T5T4R N3V3R M15535 4 B34T RHYTHM 4THL3T3 TH3 N30N K1NGD0M I recommend using wired headphones for the best experience. And also, this game works SO much better on TurboWarp: https://turbowarp.org/748553698?fps=65&hqpen&stuck&interpolate&clones=Infinity&offscreen&limitless --- Why do the notes have a delay? Well, according to @SpiritSK, “In Scratch, audio files usually have a delay when it is played for the first time. If you notice that a song is out of sync, simply start the level again. However, if the song becomes chopped off, it cannot be fixed by just restarting the song. To prevent this, make sure there is no resource-intensive task running in the background while playing.” Source: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/613688710 ★ UPDATES 9/27/2022 - The Quick Play menu now supports MOUSE-SCROLLING! 9/30/2022 - Unshared it for a while so I can finish some beatmaps 10/20/2022 - Wow, this has more views than it did when I had it on my main account. 12/1/2022 - Fixed a bug where the regular music plays at beginning instead of the theme. Also, added effects that have to do with the theme. If it is snowing, you BETTER use TurboWarp. -------------------- CREDITS -------------------- ★ ART Logo and song artwork made and edited with fontmeme.com by Intro background from a Google image Intro glitch effects from Title screen fog from Google images - https://freepngimg.com/png/27990-mist-file - https://www.deviantart.com/agusrockforlife/art/Fog-Png-Transparent-7-840569542 Title screen neon bars by Settings and world records background from Freepik - https://www.freepik.com/free-vector/gradient-japanese-street-with-neon-lights_9979236.htm - https://www.freepik.com/free-vector/tokyo-neon-lights-with-full-moon_9979501.htm - https://www.freepik.com/free-photos-vectors/japan-city Unlock songs background and difficulty button overlay from WDRfree - https://wdrfree.com/stock-vector/tokyo-city-night - https://wdrfree.com/stock-vector/comic-book-overlay Noteskins by Countdown text graphics made with - make8bitart.com - cooltext.com - fontmeme.com Result patterns made with https://doodad.dev/pattern-generator/ Scratch icon surprise asset from Community hub logo made by (inspired by the Roku screensaver) ★ FONTS USED Beon Neoneon Arkanoid Electric Boots Teko Josefin Sans Droid Sans Poppins Arimo Litera Splatoon 2 Font (by Nintendo) Cal Sans Rezland Work Sans ★ CODE Intro by Blur effect by Grayscale effect inspired by Joystick and score counter tutorial by (modified by ) Fog by (Halloween exclusive) Snow by (Christmas exclusive) ★ BETA-TESTERS ★ MUSIC Intro: World Dance Floor (Boss Battle) - Just Dance 2017 Fail Music: Dark Dragaux Battle from Ring Fit Adventure by Nintendo (I had to shorten it because it was too long) Win Music: Results from Nintendo Switch Sports Select sound effects from Super Mario 3D World and Super Mario Maker 2 The rest of the music was made by in GarageBand, including the gameplay songs. “If you like rhythm games so much, then why don’t you make your own?” —
