“Now for district 6, Leopard Diamondback Doulte!” He squinted through the fog that was clouding his vision. He was thankful for his glowing outfit, that helped him see. He was dragging a huge axe about his size with a hold for his paws, like a board. He had his train built like the spiral staircase, except the stairs were replaced with many axe-like cupboards standing straight up like dominoes. He had no intention of flattering the capitols, they were no more than a rich, spoiled cats, and he wasn't going to suck up to them. He nodded once to his spectators and jumped on the axe. Then he slid on the cupboards, making quite an unpleasant noise. A noise that fit well with all the spooky weather and atmosphere. On the other hand, he was literally glowing, like a shooting star itself. He silently thanked his designers for his bright costume. He finally got to the end, and hit a button that sent a red smoke billowing in the air. He then awkwardly bowed and stepped off the axe, and stood still, the smoke still around him, until the carriage passed the crowd.
