Luncheon is a fake normal-type eeveelution that evolves after an eevee has tasted at least fifty different foods. If you for whatever reason want to make an oc of this species, please give me credit. Constructive criticism is welcome, please don't report any constructive criticism comments. That being said, don't just say 'This is bad' but if you really wanted to you could say something like 'what if you changed _____ about it?' If I say no than its nothing personal.
Please do not steal/trace/heavily reference my art. Referencing it if you decide to make an oc for whatever reason is ok, but please give credit and change some stuff. I know my art isn't as amazing as some scratcher's, no need to send a hate comment about it :) ALSO: If they seem OP I'd like to mention some stuff about moves: Hyper beam requires a recharge turn, Metronome generates a completely random move, and Last resort can only be used once every other move the Pokemon has is used at least once.
