(UPDATED) Well. This is prob my #1 fav OC other than Hide himself. Due to the fact that Anarchy is Hides brother, he tries to not eliminate him every time they fight. But even though he spares him Anarchy still wants to fight. Anarchy is 40 years old, male, half demon like Hide. They come from the same clan, almost same backstory, not as tragic as Hides.
