here is some advice so that you can have a successful school year! don't hold things off - make sure you finish your work on time, otherwise you'll be stressed as the list of things to do grows surround yourself with good people - of course, if you hang out with toxic people who are negative, you'll be in a bad mood and will be less motivated. make friends that will support you and make you feel good about yourself! make new friends - as you grow older, your friend group with grow with you and there may be times when you and your friend will seem to grow apart. that's a total normal thing to happen as both of you will find new interests and hobbies. the important thing is that you don't always stick with the same three people, widen your friend group, and of course, it's great to keep in touch with your old besties. take care of yourself - remember to think of yourself too. if you realize that your schedule is always jam-packed, make space to relax and take care. it's okay to sometimes take a break from school and extra-curricular activities to do nothing at all. go outside, take a walk, or read a book. trust me, you'll feel a lot better after. focus - remember that school work comes before all extra-curricular activities. make sure you're finished with all of your homework before you go onto the next thing and remember to put your very best into your work instead of speeding through it. that's all for now~ abby
