what does it do: it increases the wait timer for ability gloves by 3 seconds and for passive gloves, it disables it's ability until they slap 1 person(good for 1 shots). it also has a 5% chance of making their screen black for 4 seconds and a 1% chance of making it black for 10 seconds and when that happens it gives a badge called " Who turned out the lights? " Once you get the badge you can now use the blackout glove.
