challenge mode information, normal mode adds nothing... that's it lol. press u to activate loss of life mode, adds extra phase to all bosses + minibosses and adds extra zombies in each round. press i to activate insanity mode, adds a meter on screen. every single time you get attacked by a zombie your insanity goes down, which effect's your sight, and speed. press o to activate eclipse mode, flashes an orange light on and off every 3 seconds, effecting your sight. press p to activate massacre mode, adds loss of life mode, insanity mode, AND eclipse mode all together. press 0 to activate
