So...I'm writing a new book (plot below) and I made two book covers. Which one do you guys prefer? Also, let me know how you like the plot!! :D I just realized I put my full name (full pen name. it just looks like a real name, hence someone reporting me. I don't want all of you searching me up on the internet either-) on the covers DON'T REPORT ME...MY CENSORING IT NOW!
Plot (btw, this is just a rough draft as I wrote down my ideas so don't hate if it's kinda disorganized and hard to understand): In the year 2052, a radioactive asteroid storm recked the earth, and the few smart survivors bunkered underground. Now 3025, the surface of the earth is still believed to be unlivable, generations worth of people still living deep under the chaotic earth above. For hundreds of years, that's all everyone has ever known. Until The Quartic was born. Every 10 years, 200 teens between 13 and 18 years of age are chosen to train to be sent to the surface to see if the earth is liveable. Only 50 are actually sent to earth. Most aren't seen again. When Jade Monroe is chosen to train, she sees it as a death sentence rather than an honor. At least she's not going in alone. Her older brother, Xavier has been chosen too. After the first month of training, Jade is noticing something fishy about her instructor. One day she follows him to his office and listens in to his phone call. What she hears changes everything. The teens aren't being trained to test earth. They're being trained to fight a war between other survivors that have been affected by the radioactivity. But, they're still humans. Right? A gripping novel about the fight between humanity and survival instincts.
