I've been playing a lot of getting over it, but I decided to do something different. When I got to the top of the Christmas tree, I decided to see what was on the other side. This is what I found. The original Getting Over It character from the 2017 game. It's certainly a fun and surprising Easter egg to find. Let me know if you find it.
