I know what your asking, "Potatooooh! How do you get this?!??!?!?!?!" well, you need a key stone and the Pokémon's mega stone. For example, blastoise needs the "Blastoisinite" and charizard's key stone is a "Charizardite X" and "Charizardite Y". HEY HOLD ON!!! Charizard has 2? Well yes because he has 2 mega evolutions.
