Warning: Lore may be too scary for young audience. Dapple Show lore: This here is Gobo's true form. He looks like this because he made a deal with a sorcerer to give him an apprentice, somebody to help destroy Dapple. Fortunately, it happened to be SCRATCH.SVG. Both Dapple Show and SCRATCH.SVG lore: SCRATCH.SVG was the original Scratch Cat, but the Scratch community saw him as, well, too damn creepy. So the Scratch Community told SCRATCH.SVG that there was buried treasure in the middle of the forest, and since he loved collecting items(mostly bones), he went into the woods. The last thing anybody heard about him was "I WILL RETURN SOMEDAY!" Dapple show lore: When Gobo made the deal, SCRATCH.SVG came back and started hunting for the Scratch Community, and he would have got his revenge...if Scratch Cat didn't appear just at the right moment. SCRATCH.SVG, now outraged by the fact that he was replaced. Went over and attempted to vanquish Scratch. Luckily, Dapple, Tackle, Randy, Stefan, and Risky heard the commotion and ran as fast as they could. The fight seemed endless and would go on forever, but something Scratch Cat never thought would happen happened...his mortal enemy, Gobo, now in this form, used his new powers not on Dapple, but on SCRATCH.SVG, and with Gobo's help, the crew was able to defeat the nonliving cat, and Gobo dragged SCRATCH.SVG into ILLUSIONS VEIL. After Gobo explained everything to his old friend(Future project about their history), SCRATCH.SVG said, "DEATH COMES TO US ALL. SOME QUICKLY, OTHER'S A LONG PERIOD OF TIME... BUT AS LONG AS WE DO WHAT YOU WANT, WE DO WHAT I WANT: FOR THEM. TO. PAY!"
