Meet Pepper Raichu, a quirky and mischievious Pokemon Rescuer always ready to rescue and have fun! She uses her little staff to play any kind of music/music track, and uses the purple dust in her bottle to temporarily blind enemies and make their skin sting. The dust is like a sunburn, the darker your skin is when it comes in contact with it the less it stings. The sting is powerless against Ghost type pokemon, however it still temporarily blinds them. Her little antennae headband is just for fun, she likes it a lot.
