CETF was a company that lasted from 1956 to 1993. It filed for bankruptcy in 1993. The shows they produced freaked children out most of the time. (but the company didn't care lol) The shows are just plain creepy due to the characters' intentional unappealing designs. There was one time that a kid watched a CETF film and then commi[PROHIBITED READING]and got sued over it. So they lost lots of money, and became in heavy dept. until then 1992, the boss burnt all its films (and sent it to hell?) and never seen again. Then in 1994, the boss abandoned the company and destroyed all property and hardware, and then leave the headquarters a destroyed building. So yeah. They made disturbing cartoons on purpose to scare children and make money.
