inspired by @tiramxsu-- how to deal with stress- stress definiton (oxford dictionary): (noun) a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances. everyone has had a time when they feel stressed: tired, overwhelmed, etc. here are ways to help with that: ~ go for a walk - sitting in front of a screen cooped up inside won't help. taking time outside and breathing the fresh air always helps to clear your mind. ~ keep a journal - keeping a journal or notebook to write down your feelings might help. letting out your frustration in a non-violent way is good. ~ talk to an adult - i'm not a professional nor an adult so talking to a (trusted) adult will help with your feelings. they will be there to understand and will try to help. ~ do things that relax you - if doing something makes your frustrated and overwhelmed, take a break from it. find other things in life that make you happy. see your friends, take a nap, or watch a favorite show. that's it for now, abby <3 song: icu - aespa
