If you want to make pixel art, I really recommend pixilart.com. You can see a lot of other people's work, so you can get a lot of inspiration out of them. If you want to make pixel art but don't like to make accounts and go through all of that trouble, check out pixelartmaker.com! I started pixel art from that website. It's really simple. Just get on the website and start drawing! just don't expect your work to get saved, though...
