Level two is impossible, just so you know. Scroll down for bugs in the game. To make a TAS, remix this project, go to the "hitbox" sprite, and scroll left a little bit. Then, use the control inputs to make Mario move! (You only have to make your TAS for the levels, as everything else is already automated) I removed a block that was supposedly hacked, then I recoded its functionality without the block. KNOWN ISSUES ------------------------------------------------------------------------- -The only way to completely stop Mario is to ground pound. This means that Mario will not stop moving even if he is crouching. -You can't control how high Mario jumps, unless you use the air spin. This is why level 2 is impossible. -Mario doesn't play his walking animation after touching the goal. -When Mario runs, he seems to go full-speed all the time, giving an unfair advantage to people using this project to speedrun the game. -Even if Mario dies on a level, he still moves on to the next. This is completely my fault, as I have poorly automated the map. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was inspired to make this after seeing a TAS maker for Appel, a platformer by griffpatch. This project works similarly to that project, but I scripted the TAS maker myself. (The scripts that make Mario move that are used in the TAS maker are not mine, they belong to _nakashima) Appel TAS maker: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/511525510/ #mario #Mario #SuperMario #MarioWorld #marioworld
