TW: Bugs, Pink Blood *in drawing*, static *in drawing*, Descriptive Bugs in writing, Gore in writing. --- (NOT THE GM. GM STARTS IN N&C! SCROLL DOWN FOR FRENCH TO ENGLISH TRANSLATIONS.) The victor's garden /had/ never been more beautiful. Promised to the winners of the games, it was lavish and extravagant. Acacia trees littered the gated-courtyard, with accents of sage along the ground. Rubellite stones lined a few pathways, joined by lavender. Acacia stood beside Xavier. Other victors soon followed, stepping up to each one of their separate sections of stone. Their beautiful garden. Their only solace in the place that had traumatized them to such a high degree, was now destroyed. The acacia's branches had withered. The sage and lavender leaves were dry and brittle. And the stones had crumbled. Fog, once again, filtered through fence. And the stench that followed was revolting. In the middle of the courtyard is the amorphophallus titanum; otherwise known as the corpse flower. Victors, grieving their oasis, wear gas masks, as the scent enough was able to make them retch. It was too reminiscent of the nauseating aroma of the arena. Due to the flower's stench, thousands of scavengers crawl towards it. Mutated cockroaches, beetles, flies, swarm in- and the victors take their leave. The insects are almost the same size as you. The torn-up dirt beneath you filthied your paws. The gamemakers observe above you, safe from the miasma and squalor in their luxurious viewing box. Some laugh at you, their voices echoing in your ears. Most, you recognize. However... the ones that pity you seem new. In this gamemaker's session, you will show not only your mental tenacity, but your ability to evade organisms and objects that strike your worst fear- death. Your objective is to reach inside the blooming flower, and to steal it's fake, fleshy heart. Display your skill by evading the rotting plants and vines that attempt to ensnare you, as well as the dozens of insects that want to get to the heart before you do. You will be given a singular weapon of your choice to face the lively insects and creatures. Display your talent, and catch their eye. Good luck. May the odds ever be in your favor. --- This gamemaker will be graded on a scale of 1-12. For those who have not participated in THGRP before, you must remix this project with your tribute's reaction to the event. The purpose of the gamemaker's is to display your battle-ready skills, so please do so! Your gamemaker will NOT be counted if it is not a remix. art by written by song is old chateau from pokemon
[ Ricaria/Aria, [She/Him] ] [ Outfit; Fingerless Gloves and his collar. ] As Ricaria waited for his name to be called, Nothing crossed his mind. It was as if he didn't care, Because in a way, She truly didn't. She wasn't pleased or dismayed about the situation she was in, It was more of a gradual acceptance. Because he truly believed he had a chance in winning, Just like most. He watched the games often, Nearly every year, Simply studying the games and trying to make predictions on how to beat the odds and win. The speaker rang in his ears, Spitting out sounds he understood as his name. On the way, As the capitol had promised, She grabbed an Axe. He got up to the entrance to the garden, The sheer scent that hit him in the face when he stepped outside threatened to bring him to his paws. But, He continued to walk. It felt not closing- But opening to be out in the garden. She began taking things steadily, Walking slowly and cautiously. A loud hiss sounding behind her, Forcing herself to whip around and land the axe into a cockroach nearly the size of herself, crushing the mutated insects exoskeleton. Swampy green liquid spewed from the now deceased body, Threatening to make Aria gag. but she stood through and held her composure. She continued walking, This time at a more quick pace, but not a run. Now 10-ish feet away from the Corpse plant, Another hiss. this time, Quicker than before, She felt weight slam into his back. Now on the ground, Underneath a crawling creature's body. Nothing escaped his mouth, not even a gasp for air. Anger. Why? He wasn't sure. He reached for his axe, which was now next to him. After she had managed to grab it, The bug was trying to crawl over her, the legs on her fur making her skin crawl. she pushed up the bug a little, giving her enough room to turn herself facing side up, and to slice into the bottom of the bug with her axe. the top of the axe now visibly piecing out of the bug. The same green liquid trickled onto her fur, the smell this time, actually making her gag. As the bug became dead weight, She threw it off of her, landing one or two feet away. She got back up and continued to the flower, This time reaching it. She stared at its odd structure. But that's when she realised- This was the gamemakers. She had a job to do. He reached into the plant, Grasping onto what felt like a real heart. it sent a shock induced shiver down his spine, but he didn't dare show it. He pulled the heart out, staring at it for around 4 seconds before glancing at the gamemakers. "I hope you enjoyed it. While most of the choices I made during my performance wouldn't be the ones chosen by me in the Arena, I thought maybe you would enjoy a bit of struggle, Hm? It's always what catches a laugh from you guys, Soo~ I thought i'd bring a little to the table." She watched with narrowed eyes, A sudden dark shade falling on her face. “When there falls no room in hell for the careers, the dead will walk the capitol and create a ɴᴇᴡ hunger games." silence fell in a hushed fog across the garden. A flicker of an innocent smile smeared across Ricaria's face before walking back to the entrance, now almost in the building. "Jusqu'à ce qu'on se retrouve, Chers cochons~" She called out, Quieting her voice at the last part to make sure the gamemakers couldn't hear it, as if she was finishing a story book for a young child. Delect, Soft hushing. a sly smirk spread across her face.
