Credits to all users listed above. This is a new Kotori Lift at a store somewhere. The left hand lift is still being finished. These used to be OTIS Hydraulic Lifts, but were replaced in 2008 to MRL traction, and were modernised to Spanish generic, and then to a fake KONE Lift. The Kotori mod is the best I've seen, using intelegent levelling and pre-doors, but the quality is still downright not good.
