welcome to the TickTock filters project I'm still planning on adding more, but until then here you go... instructions: click on the filters at the bottom of the screen, when your done with a filter click SPACE. For the hats you can click the RIGHT ARROW KEY to put on multiple hats. now this is not as advanced as other filter things so it wont match up to your face so sadly you gotta use your muscles and move your head to match it. to take a picture well just take a screen shot. anyways I hope you have fun with it!
