This is a Caesar Wheel, use it to help you decipher messages encrypted using a Caesar Cipher. When you click the right and left arrows the inner wheel moves and the key changes. If you know the key click the right arrow until the key matches then read your message. When decrypting find the letter written on your paper on the outer wheel (blue) and write the letter on the inner wheel (white). For example if the key = 4 and the letter written down was "M" then the decrypted letter would be "I". Try it yourself. To encrypt you do the opposite. Find the letter you have written down and want to encrypt on the inner wheel (white) and write the letter on the outer wheel (blue).
