Chapter 1: Amber It was a dark night all the dragons in Xenoris were dressed up because it was Halloween! I was a Gryffindor from Harry Potter, Blitzle ( My sister) was Eleven from Stranger Things and Archie ( My friend/boyfriend) was Mario from Super Mario. " Thank you!" Archie yelled after leaving the house. " Can you not yell that loud please?" Blitzle said. " Sorry." He replied. I giggled. After a few minutes of Trick Or Treating it happened."Well lookie here," said Hammy in his gruffly voice. " Aren't y'all to old to get out candy from people?" Dante and Goliath started to chuckle. " You just saying that because you just a stupid idiot." Blitzle replied fiercely. Well the thing is that Hammy was a stupid idiot because he's afraid of everthing. Like most idiots in movies Hammy was one of them. Archie was getting a little worried now, like sweating worried. " Blitzle what are you doing?!" I whispered. " Oh ho ho, so you wanna be talking smack, huh?" Hammy replied trying to act not scared. "I'll be talking smack about your mama." Blitzle said acting serious. Something happened to Hammy like his inside was turning red, and it was. " OH YOUR DEAD YOU THREE!" He yelled. "Run." Archie croaked. " Go GO!!" I yelled. Hammy was right behind our tails. I was running fast as I could but then I tripped on a log and Bang! Bong! Thump! The whole world looked upside down for a minute Snap! I quickly got back up and looked around me. Nothing was there. I was shaking. the awkward thing was I was never shaking this much since my parents were murdered. I turned around. A Shadow. It had a cap on and by it's scent it was definitely human, but what was a human doing in Xenoris? AAAAAAAAAAHHHH- OOF! The shadow looks back. Another Sadow. This one had spikes on his back, but then the first one was whispering something to it. It looked like an argument. Smoke was rising in my mouth, but suddenly a blast came. I quickly ducked. It was a shadow that looked like a dragon and next to it a big shadow that looked like a big fluffy animal. "Run." I whispered to myself and I did. I ran as fast as I could, but the shadow with spikes was catching up to me. I ran, and ran, and ran without looking back, but then I bumped into somebody. Oof! Ow! Ee! Ooo! It was Archie! " Hey!" A voice yelled. Thank goodness it was Blitzle " What's going on here?" "Nothing!" We both yelled getting off each other. While we were walking home I decided not to tell Archie and Blitzle about the shadows. " Here's you candy." Blitzle says. "Thanks!" I replied. But that question was still stuck in side my head, what was a human doing in Xenoris?
