I emailed Scratch but it takes weeks or months so.. it says "You broke the community guidelines too many times, so you are disabled from commenting & sharing projects on this network. You can comment and share projects on another network though." I DON'T HAVE A NETWORK THEY DIDN'T DO THAT TO. They did it to both school & home. Imagine the innocent kids who try to get on Scratch in my school and they say they broke the guidelines fr.
