Hello! I decided to post my art for the first time! I have been drawing dragons for a few months now, and I am trying to improve! I know I still have a long way to go, but I definitely think I'm better at drawing than when I started. Here are some of my more recent sketches. They are a little messy because I drew them in pen, so I couldn't erase any mistakes. If you are learning to draw something, I recommend practicing in pen, because you quickly realize the parts you need to improve! Right now I am working on making the necks look more natural. I hope you enjoy!
The dragons are based on the Wings of Fire series by Tui Sutherland. I tried to make them look book-accurate while also drawing them in my own style. The first sketch is an IceWing(left) and a SeaWing(right). The second sketch is kind of ugly because I messed it up (you can see I scribbled out the face because I hated it, lol) but it was originally a SandWing. The third sketch is a NightWing(left) and an IceWing(right). The IceWing has a really weird neck, lol. The 4th drawing is a lil SandWing dragonet and he is so CUTE!!!! I love him! He has his first crush, so adorable! The 5th sketch is a MudWing. The 6th sketch is a SeaWing, I know they are supposed to be green and blue, but when I drew it all I had was blue, pink, and purple so that is why it is the wrong colors. Anyways, I hope you like them, I know they are not perfect by any means but I tried my best, and I am practicing everyday! :D Song is Young Wings by Stray Kids, all song credits go to SKZ and JYPE Lol, I picked that song because when I heard "Spread my wings, ay ay" all I could think of was a little dragon spreading his wings and soaring through the sky XD
