hi gays! Manager applications just opened up and I’ve decided to enter one this time round :} 1: “ a little bit about you, including how long you've been a member “ Hiya! My name’s ollie, and I use they/he pronouns. I’m an artist, and I’m currently obsessed with cavetown, tdp, toh, and various webtoons. I’m always more than happy to listen if you need someone to vent to. I’ve been a member on the gaehive for around 2 years now (on @OrchidCreator before this account)! :] 2: age range, time zone: I’m a minor, and am in mountain time ( in the us ) 3: why I would be a good manager I believe I would be a good manager because I have been around for a while, and not only do I know the studio and the people in it, I know how drama escalates and de-escalates- for these reasons, I can help remind people to report and move on. I also always give euphoria to those who ask for it and am more than happy to listen to vents or problems other curators are having (in the gaehive or otherwise). 4: downsides to me being a manager: I am not as active as I want to be- I'm on the gaehive every day but due to my busy schedule during the school year, I'm really only active for hours at a time on the weekends. Because of this, I'm not really considered "popular" or well known by the majority of the studio anymore :] 5: unique things I'd bring as a manager I think I'd bring a new perspective to the team of managers- I'd have good thumbnails for my host rotation, and I'd be able to bring thoughts that other people might not have to discussions. 6: things I'd improve about the studio The main thing that I think could be improved in the gaehive right now is how much drama is going on in the studio, and how easily people play into it. I think if we made the rules about not asking about what happened and turning off the comments when things get heated, we may be able to prevent some of it. 7: others I would recommend - @soiei : solei is just so iconic and beloved by the studio, and she'd just make an excellent manager overall because of how generally positive and chill he is. - @princessmeta : Meta is such a responsible, excellent member of the gaehive, and not only that but she's been here basically from the start (from what I've heard) - : rowan almost made it sometime back and he deserves it sm- they are definitely manager material <3 that's all, I hope you consider me! there's s o many applications this time tho it's like every single person in the gaehive-- good luck choosing ahaha :>>
