Answer in the comments, I will tell you my experience first in the notes and credits.
The thumbnail is the recreation of the screen during the incident- I don’t know why, but Texas where I live gets a lot of kidnapped children for some reason, so we get a lot of amber alerts, and it triggers me because I can’t stop thinking knowing that could happen to me or you. Going to Galveston Island is a family tradition for us, and we go almost every year. This was recently this year, and this year I discovered I am scared of not being at home, and it triggers my anxiety. And the house we were staying in was so high off of the ground, and the front door you literally had to go two stories upstairs, and I was scared of heights and the stairs to the front door were so tight and enclosed. We were also miles far away from the actual island. So the actual story, I was watching Attack on Titan on the first day here, and it was late at night, literally 12AM, and I was about 10 episodes in, and we were on a cable tv, because all the rental houses were ironically low budget on their TVs, compared to last years vacation house, and those kinds of TVs always glitch for no reason, and the owners never cared to buy any of the channels on the guide. I was also crying because I was having an anxiety attack being far from my home and I was crying before the alert happened, so this was scary for me. But back to the story, 10 episodes in, and Erin was already turned into a titan for a while, the TV suddenly paused. I reached for the remote, and then I was kicked straight out of Netflix back to the TV guide, and a few seconds later, a blue screen with a familiar traumatic noise came on. I hesitated for a few seconds until I screamed uncontrollably for mommy, and luckily my grandparents heard me. I went into there room and I was so scared, my anxiety was triggered father than ever, and my heart was VIBRATING. I could not sleep for another hour. Until I fell asleep to the Skyrim ambient sounds. I love that game. My parents insisted I’d sleep in the living room on the first day, where this all happened, but after that, I slept in a small mattress in their room for the rest on the vacation. I hate vacations.
