manager application! ————————————————————————— hi! i’m toby, and i use he / him pronouns. i’m a transmasc vincian. i’ve been on the gaehive for a little bit over two months on three accounts, this one, @waIten, @tobymoment, and @beetIez. i’m fifteen and my time zone is ast (atlantic standard time). why i should be manager: i believe that everybody, straight, white, poc, not-straight, deserves to feel safe and cared for. i’m great at paying attention, so i’d spot trolls fairly quickly and deal with them. i’m also great at keeping the peace between people. i’m online every day, for the majority of the day. i have school, but i’m on scratch during those hours as well. i do go offline randomly, and i may need a few reminders on when it’s my time to host. downsides to me being a manager: I can be passive-aggressive at times, and i tend to make jokes about caucasian people, which i am attempting to work on. i tend to bring up controversial topics, which i am also trying to work on. i could do a small educational thing (like black history) for the gaehive when i host, like fun facts! trolls would affect the gaehive a lot less if i were manager, because i know how to keep the peace. i would recommend @B4SPIKE, @-Marzipan-, @soIei, @PrincessMeta, @amira0910 and @B33Z-NEEZ.
