~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hello hello and welcome to the unofficial GWDFI secret Santa! You're probably wondering, "How do we do a secret Santa over a screen?" My answer to that is we can ask for things such as heart, follows, art, banners, and poems. I will sort people based on their wish list and their skill sets based on their projects. We have openings for several jobs that I need help completing, GWDFI is a VERY big studio and there will be a lot of people wanting to join so I need help managing everything. Below will be the jobs, and the applications. Feel free to ask any questions that you don't see on the commonly asked questions! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Rules: - Be respectful to EVERYONE - Be grateful for what you receive, everyone will be trying their best to make something for you. - Don't include gore or anything that is inappropriate for Scratch in your present. - Please do not complain if you don't get a job or if you try and sign up too late. - Code word: Jolly - Push yourself to have your present done by the deadline (December 27/28) - Have fun! Current count: 58 Secret Santas ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Jobs: - (TAKEN) Campaign Manager: You will be in charge of spreading the word to the GWDFI community! Though other members will be doing this, you will make projects and be sure that everyone who wants to join can join. - (TAKEN) Graphic Designer: You will be in charge of making a banner for the studio, and any other art we will be needing for official purposes. - (TAKEN) Studio helpers: This job will be open to several people, your job will be to keep order in the studio and answer any questions that people have. These will be the people running the studio when the co-host and I are not there. (All of the jobs will be available until someone earns it. I won't be accepting any applications for the jobs right off the bat so other people can get an opportunity to apply. I will share a project that will pair you and someone else. You choose something off their wishlist to make them, and then you will share a project that does not say who the present is for. On December 27, I will share a project with all of the gifts and no one will know who their gift is from, as everyone will unshare their project once I receive it. - Can people with jobs participate in gift giving? Of course! They will still receive and give a gift regardless of their status in the studio. - When will it start? The project should be out no later than December 7. I will be sorting people as the applications come in so the project can be out relatively quick. - Can I join even if I don't celebrate Christmas? Yes! Secret Santa is more of just a nickname for a gift exchange in this context. I want everyone to join regardless of beliefs. - Will this be happening in the future? I'm not sure. If I am not active on Scratch in a year, other people have my permission to do this again. - When is the deadline to share my gift? The day that everyone's project will need to be shared is December 27/28. If you are busy on either day then let me know but for now those are our official days. - How will it be anonymous if I share a project? When you share your present, do not say who it is for.
