Zoli used to be a loner. They never stayed in one place for long, after losing their parents, whom were killed in an earthquake. This was untill they found and injured maril/mudkip hybrid. Their instincts kicked in, and they started to care for the maril/mudkip. They were close friend, until the maril/mudkip left, on some sort of mystery mission. Zoli still tries to protect others, and is very kind. but until someone else braves the mountain, they are alone.
