The two Ocs are Max and Oswell. They are gay lovers and their parents lived next to each other through their teen years. That's how they met. their country was thrown into a war with its bordering country. their parent's houses were hit by a bomb and there were no survivors for 5 blocks. their bond only became stronger through this, but it left them scarred for the rest of their lives. They became outlaws, and ran from the law. They strive to overcome their corrupt government by killing off its leaders and returning them to civilian populations, rather than militia towns (idk what they are called). It's currently a war country focused on producing soldiers from the bordering country taking over. They have double lives and have a house in the Americas for vacations from the rebellion and for planning.
