guys ur not supposed to like the 2021 drawing better than 2022 lmao >:'d if one more person says they like 2021 version better Im going feral /hj (inspired by @-butterwaffle-'s project :) ik this sailor moon redraw challenge was popular a while ago but since I've already drawn her 2 times I figured it would make a great improvement piece :p 2020 (ms paint) - its cute but the lineart is messy and bland. colors are very basic, shading almost unnoticeable ;; also weird anatomy lol 2021 (kleki) - big improvement on lineart here, simple but effective shading, and at this point I also developed an actual style. it still looks bland tho :') anatomy could also use some work 2022 (kleki) - dramatic style change ;0 much more variety of vibrant colors and an angular kind of style of shading?? also ditching the lineart.. I also learned how to use layer modes and other effects to make my art look more aesthetic B) anatomy is much better but its definitely not perfect and I think I could've captured her expression better (now that I look at it her head seems a little big 0-o) I like how in each drawing she's looking in a slightly different direction lol my sister says I drew her neck too buff :skull: honestly I think I improved a lot ;w; btw now that its almost thanksgiving break I plan to get all my art to do done >:p contest results n stuff so stay tuned :o have a great day/night <33 #art #usagi
