Are there still beautiful things? — Once upon a time ... There once was a selfish and cruel ogre, who just so happened to have a beautiful, dazzling wife. His wife would prepare him supper and comfort him. However, whenever he left during the day, she would put her head through the doorway and smile upon all the men who would pass by. Upon learning of this, the ogre was enraged and trapped her in a wooden box, where she remained for a very long time. The wife's sister came to plead for the wife's release, but the ogre declined and slew all the children of the wife's sister. The wife's sister lamented at the beach, but a school of fishes poked their head out of the water and told her that her son would be the one to defeat the ogre and rescue her sister, the wife. So when the time came, the wife's sister told her son what he must do. The son then went to the ogre's house, and upon a long fight with the ogre, rescued the wife from the wooden box. However, when the box opened, a flood of light blinded the son and the beautiful woman, the wife, floated out of the box, emitting golden light and radiance. She was the Goddess of Light. Everyday, when the son would travel throughout the country, he could feel the smile of the Goddess of Light from her home in the sun. ... Light always prevails. — TRIAL: Write a list of at least 10 things that make you happy today – at least 50 words. Do the same thing tomorrow, but write 15 things that make you happy (they can’t be the same! Try to get creative). Once you’ve done that both days, comment under “Definition” what you think happiness means to you IN ONE WORD. No proof required (unless you would like to share). *YOU CAN NOT COMMEND UNDER "DEFINITION" IF SOMEONE ALREADY DID* (if they're all full you can just make a separate comment but we should've already moved on from the challenge <3) Once you've done all of the above, the task is complete! Make sure to comment IN THE CABIN that your portion of the trial has been completed. — Credits: @starbriqht for the art - referenced from don't know where :,) Taylor Swift for the "intro" lyrics (Seven) Taylor Swift for music "Seven" P.C.
