Y'all this was one of the most BORING and LONG projects I've ever made. Sure, I've had projects that took longer; but none of those were this boring. That said, I got it done, dropping a few features along the way (i.e. filters and descriptions). So, Introducing: the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Sandwich Calculator! Each item you put in your sandwich has certain values attributed to it. This calculator adds those values FOR YOU! How to use: > Press "e" to have your total values calculated. > Press "space" to clear the ingredients/spices. >Press "q" to swap between Scarlet / Violet Themes >Click on objects to add them to the list, or use the up/down/w/s keys while hovering over the item > Use the Right/Left Arrow keys or A/D to swap between ingredient pages > There is one page with no ingredients--this allows you to select how many gym badges you have, and will hide ingredients you cannot use. (Anything already in the lists on the right will not be removed.) >>>>> I used these two sites for reference: https://www.serebii.net/scarletviolet/sandwichingredients.shtml https://nightlygamingbinge.com/pokemon-scarlet-and-violet-shop-and-restaurants-guide/ >>>>> Notes I originally wanted to include descriptions for each item. By hovering over it and pressing z, you could see what powers it added. This... stopped working? at some point? And I cannot for the life of me fix it. The serebii site above has a list of the values I used, though, and it even lets you sort them based on power/typing. Highly recommend. I was also going to add typing/power filters. I do not have the energy for that. If you wanna add that, feel free to remix the project. There's probably something you can manage with lists that would allow you to easily filter that sort of thing... I'm not messing with it though. Additionally, I made this a few days after S/V came out. I expect SOMEONE will come up with a better one, and give it its own site--one not on scratch--so I'm not too concerned about the features it's missing. Plus, this information might even be wrong! (I would hate if it was, bc I spent 6+ hours on this, but thats /fine/ its /fine/--) >>>>> Update log: > 11/22/22: Started work > 11/23/22: Completed and Posted!
