don't know bumblebeespirit's backstory? here it is! (this event is long after the actual warriors series) bumblebeekit was born in Thunderclan as a happy, outgoing kit. He had a sister, Butterflykit. He was born to Lupinestorm and Bristlethorn. But little did he know, his father had fallen in love with a different she-cat from WINDCLAN a moon after bumblebeekit was born, bumblebeekit stupidly snuck out of camp one day to "go hunt a fox" , but he came upon his father cuddling with the windclan she-cat, Birdfeather. Terrified, he raced back to camp and told his mother, but Lupinestorm just laughed and said "oh, bumblebeekit. I thought you were going out to hunt a fox! but instead you came up with a funny story. your father's just gone hunting, dear." bumblebeekit was outraged, but at least his sister believed him when he told her. when his father returned, he had a mouse in his jaws and when bumblebeekit's mother asked hi where he was, he answered, "oh, hunting. as usual." bumblebeekit knew his secret, though. but then one fine day, a patrol set out to mark the borders, but came back holding his father and Birdfeather captive. they told the leader, Snowstar, that he had been caught with this she-cat. bumblebeekit was heartbroken when he saw his father banished from thunderclan, but a part of him thought,"/you deserve it./" Lupinestorm was crying all night, wailing, "how could he do this to me?!" when bumblebeekit became an apprentice, finished his training, and became a warrior, snowstar gave him the name of bumblebeespirit. When he went to a gathering one night, he was shocked to see his father and Birdfeather in the Windclan crowd, and he let out a low growl. his father must've joined windclan after he was banished! beside his father and birdfeather were two other warriors, one strikingly white and one a light brown color with dark brown stripes. they came up to greet him, and the first thing the white one sad was, "you look a lot like my father." bumblebeespirit nodded icily. "he is my father." he had answered. "wow, really? so we're half siblings? I guess we should introduce ourselves." the brown one had said. "I'm Leafdapple, and this is my- I mean, our brother, Blizzardstrike." "nice to meet you." bumblebeespirit had dipped his head politely. he caught his father's eye for a second, then looked away quickly, fury in his eyes. "looks like the leaders are about to start. see ya." Blizzardstrike had padded away. ------------------- now- bumblebeespirit is training in the dark forest, as he has been lured into their clutches by offerings of power. they want him to end the ones who betrayed him, starting with his father. bumblebeespirit isn't so sure about this, but he's glad to recieve training. one night, he unusually doesn't appear in the dark forest. he appears in starclan, where a starclan warrior speaks to him. it tells him about the gift of forgiveness, which has always been handed down to leaders of the past. it says that bumblebeespirit needs to learn how to use it. and with that, the starclan warrior lays its muzzle on bumblebeespirit's head and gives to him the gift of forgiveness. bumblebeespirit is appalled, because of how direct that had been. why had he gotten a gift? it was only for leaders, wasn't it? why?... end of backstory. -------------- ... :>
