This is a DEMO version, so not all features in the full release will be here. ----- DESCRIPTION: Welcome to Lilapsophobia, a game that lets you experience extreme and thrilling storms on Scratch like never before. From hailstorms and tornadoes, to the outer bands of a hurricane (full game), you'll be sure to have an experience like no other. This game is NOT recommended for people with Lilapsophobia (or Epilepsy.) ----- UI FUNCTIONS: - Mute/Unmute button: Mute/Unmute in-game soundtrack - Local WX: Self explanatory, shows the local weather in your area. - M key: Opens the radar map, shows where you and the storm is located. - HP Bar: Displays an approximation of your HP. Don't let this get too low, if it does, you might die and lose the game. ---- FEATURES: - Storms (duh) - Rain - Different sky hues (like the classic green sky) - Hail - Tornadoes (no hurricanes in game yet) - Multiple maps to choose from - Main Menu options (some not available) - Automatic headlights (automatically turn on in "low visibility" conditions, and trust me, there will be some low visibility conditions) - Debris effect when close/inside a tornado - Actual soundtrack (real) - Full scrolling system that actually works -----
Current plan is to make a 2 player co-op mode where player 1 is the driver and player 2 is the spotter. Driver: The driver will, you guessed it, drive the vehicle. The driver will get info from the spotter as to where they need to go. Spotter: The spotter will use their map to direct the driver to the storm and help report things so the driver can focus on driving. Servers: Plan to have 2-3 servers allowing for up to 6 players to be on multiplayer at one time. I will make a server select function. Testing of a 2 player multiplayer system. Currently only has the plains map for multiplayer. [TESTING IN-PROGRESS! CURRENTLY NOT FUNCTIONAL!]
