Press the flag and enjoy. There are sound effects that enhance the project, however, they are not needed. After he leaves the island, you have the option to either stop it there, or press space for part 2 <spoiler-alert>It is a news report about the island</spoiler-alert>. During part 2, when the flag comes, press space to move on.
