Instructions are found in the "Help" menu. Note (not in help menu): The more the player dies, the more annoyed he gets, making him rage quit sooner. Every time he beats a level, he will become more confident depending on how many times he died in that level. The more confident he is, the more you will need to kill him in order for him to rage quit.
