Q1: What do you like drawing the most? i gotta say, i freakin’ love to draw dogs Q2: Preferred: digital or traditional art? i started off traditional, but once i got procreate, i switched to digital Q3: What is your favorite tool for traditional art, and why? (eg. ballpoint pen, HB2 pencil, random crayon) i really like using thick black pens idk i just do lol Q4: Crayons, markers, or colored pencils, and why? markers! they just have a cleaner, fresher look Q5: How would you describe your style (semi-realism, anime-style, realism)? cartoon lol i can not draw realistically to save my life Q6: What are you the best at drawing? otters lol Q7: Do you use the Scratch editor or another medium for art? procreate baby B) Q8: How long does an average drawing take you? about 45 minutes (1 hour if i shade) Q9: Have you ever done a DTIYS, a DMC, or a DTA? a couple dta’s actually (one for 10 followers back in may, and my seasonal dta) Q10: What do you draw the most of, and why? probably dogs or people Q11: What are the most difficult things for you to draw with people, and how do you get around them? i can’t draw eyes, so i either do little dot eyes (which i really like,) or closed eyes Q12: What artists have inspired you, and why? gotta say, a lot of youtube animators (jaiden animations, theodd1sout, and illymations) they inspired me to get into animating, work on anatomy, and to make my scratch account so that i could share my work with the world just like they did Q13: When would you say you learned to draw decently? id say about 5th grade i started getting better and not showing my mom an artwork and her saying “looks amazing honey! i love it!” when it looks like a 5 year old tried to make a macaroni picture, but with already cooked spaghetti and meatballs, with sauce already on them. Q14: Do you draw clothing folds? in hoodies i definitely do! Q15: Do you take requests? yeah! i love drawing stuff for others! Q16: Do you get art block frequently? yeah lol that’s why i do requests Q17: What is some advice you would give to a novice artist? use an item generator, draw whatever items you get 3 times, by that 3rd time, you’ll figure out how you draw that item specifically. i also suggest watching youtube videos to learn tips and tricks on how the pro’s do it, cuz i am not qualified to give you good info! Q18: What artists would you consider on a similar level to yourself or higher (not counting those from Q12)? honestly, i know a lot of great artists who are just as good, and better than me! ( and ) Q19: Do you like drawing girls or boys better? girls, i can never get shorter hair right.. Q20: What is something that is hard to draw for you? eyes Q21: Do you like to do something while drawing (eg. sip tea, listen to music) i like to have a nice glass of hot coco, and listen to christmas music Q22: Do you use a stylus, mouse pointer, or your finger for digital art? i use my finger, even tho i have an apple pen… Q23: Bitmap or vector? y’all are gonna think i’m crazy, but vector Q24: How much of a role would you say colors play in a drawing? a lot! it sets the mood, motivation, and overall feel of the scene! Q25: How many art dumps have you shared? only 1, i am working on another one tho :) Q26: Do you like drawing text in your art, or typing it? kinda 50/50, sometimes i like the chalkboard font from procreate in my drawings Q28: When was the last big change in your art style? last month, when i changed my eye style, cheek style, and paw style Q29: When did you start taking art seriously? about 3rd grade Q30: How good an artist would you consider yourself? i’d say i’m decent :) there’s still room to improve, but i’m happy with my skills atm
