so, one day I decided to give my O.C. a nanosuit from Crysis just to see what happens....the nanosuit is a piece of experimental armour, amplifying strength and speed and features quite a few tricks to increase survival....I will explain them as basic as possible. main features: MAXIMUM ARMOUR: this mode will give the wearer an energy shield that covers the body and protects the wearer from any type of damage, including elemental damage such as fire, lightning E.T.C....a barrier will appear, covering the body when this is activated MAXIMUM SPEED: you can pretty much guess. this mode enhances the wearer's speed. a blue glow will appear around the wearer when this is activated MAXIMUM STRENGTH: again, you can pretty much guess. this mode will basically enhances strength to around Knuckle's level. this allows the wearer to leap higher than normal and punch harder. A red glow will appear when this is activated MAXIMUM STEALTH: this is what I find most interesting. upon activation, the wearer is camouflaged...pretty basic, right? well, Nomad has added some upgrades to his own one...when he uses this, the sound of his footsteps, breathing and gunshots (doesn't matter if there's a silencer attached but if it's not, the muzzle flashes still show) are eliminated, the cloak is activated and his body heat is undetectable on thermal vision...literally maximum stealth other features: tactical binoculars: built into the visor, this marks hostiles, weapons and ammo for the wearer to plan an attack high-capacity rebreather: built into the mask, this allows the wearer to stay underwater for a long period of time hydro-thrusters: I don't know how this works but this allows the wearer to swim faster in water. this also allows movement in zero gravity environments as long as there is at least oxygen in the area. Like I said, I don't know how this works Defibrillator: an internal defibrillator. You can guess what it does Nano vision: built into the visor, this lights up dark areas, whilst anything with heat will show up with thermal like colours. Makes it easier to see hostiles in situations where there's no friendlies or civilians in the area, as it will be easy to mistake friend for foe Night vision: your standard night vision but built into the mask Fun fact: symbiosis Apparently, the nanosuits are symbiotic, meaning that after a long period of time in the suit, it will start to feel like a second layer of skin. There are even some cases of the suit getting to the point that you can't even tell that someone has a nanosuit. They may look they're not wearing one but they still get the benefits of it. The process is also accelerated when the wearer is at a point of near death. When it gets to a point where you can't tell someone has access to the nanosuit's abilities, apparently they're called "post-human warriors" or in Nomad's case, "post-mobian warrior"... surprised?
