I think a cool way to end the character would be, after killing the chie with Mike and Zachary, ONI doesn't want anyone to have any memory of the incident, Mike and Zach agree to let some memories wiped, but Laurie refuses and runs away, getting hunted by ONI forces. Later she is found to be a street vigilante on earth, going around the globe to evade ONI.
This is just an idea i thought was cool
