As a modification of Griffpatch's healthbar tutorial, here are two new types of healthbars: 1. Inspired by the Power Meter from Super Mario 64, the Life Gauge empties as your health decreases. Each slice contains 50 HP. 2. Those of you who are following Griffpatch's RPG tutorial will want to know about the Heart Meter, which is inspired by the Legend of Zelda games. Each heart contains 50 HP. When HEALTH gets low, you'll hear sets of warning beeps. When it gets really low, the beeps will become faster.
When the project starts, click a healthbar type to activate it. Press up to increase health, down to decrease it, and click the healthbar to increase MAX HEALTH by 50. MAX HEALTH stops increasing at 400. The heart meter couldn't reach zero, and once that was fixed, being at zero would cause the heart meter to create an extra empty heart at the end of the meter.
