i just watched a bunch of youtube tutorials lol all code apart from movement, health bar, basic enemy, and the pistol is made by me, from scratch (get it I said scratch) edit one: added the boss at 100 kills, will start adding to this changelog every time i update edit two: added grenade edit three: working on shotgun, will drop from boss, expect soon edit four: shotgun added, is op, so i plan on buffing existing enemies and adding new ones once you get the shotgun edit five: shrunk everything down, reworked invincible enemy to Statue, made new game over screen edit six: added cannoneer (the amount of variables and useless code for one enemy is crazy) edit seven: optimized bullets (all i did was swap 2 blocks), and fixed some boss scripts. things are still broken but they will be fixed soon hopefully maybe probably not edit 8: wow, haven't worked on this in a while, might start looking for new enemies to add after you beat boss 1, some sort of ability, and then the next boss in the next few weeks edit 9: removed cannoneer, maybe might fix it one day, but is being replaced the gunner. edit 10: added gunner edit 11: fixed a few bugs, added the play button, which unironically fixed a lot of the games problems edit 12: somehow same day as edit 11, and fixed gunner bug where it would spawn early, fixed bug where shotgun wouldn't despawn when picked up, fixed bug where you have infinite grenades, and basically everything else edit 13: apparently the gunner was still broken, so fixed it, fixed fire delay on shotgun, removed bug where boss would show on death screen and start screen edit 14: adding bomber, is halfway in progress, will be added to enemy list today edit 15: added bomber, will work on next boss and weapon drop edit 16: added boss 2, will add next weapon soon and the work on the next set of enemies edit 17: forgot to update here, but added second weapon a while ago edit 18: same day as edit 17, working on 3rd wave enemies, will be done soon, scrapped slime edit 19: added back cannoneer! currently debugging, will be in 3rd wave of enemies edit 20: finished cannoneer! same day as edit 19, also added dev mode, please beg for it in comments edit 21: added monkey mode edit 22: finished debugging monkey mode, press m to enter monkey mode edit 23: added trapper, finished second wave of enemies, i plan on making 3rd boss and 3rd wave soon edit 24: same day as 23, APPARENTLY NADES WERE STILL BROKEN, finally fixed them smh edit 25: so grenades weren't actually fixed, it was a problem from monkey mode, so now the nades are actually fixed edit 26: same day as 25 :| made a suggestions link! edit 27: statues now die if hit by a cannonball, will be adding next boss soon I swear!! edit 28: added joe Biden as the third and final boss for monkey mode, working on third boss edit 28: forgot to come back here again, but 3rd boss is functional, but 3rd weapon is not yet done will start working on the next wave on enemies soon, and hopefully a new pickup edit 29: energy blaster+shield is done! forgot to update on that, energy bullet explodes on impact edit 30: haven't picked this up in a while, but I have new plans! next boss will be a god statue with dash attacks, that drops a dash ability, and the 2 new enemies will be the psychic (teleportation+homing bullets) and the necromancer (every enemy killed is revived as basic) LOG ENDS HERE BC OF CHAR LIMIT STILL SAVED IN BONUS Enemy list: Boss 2: Big, blue, has gun and arms, spawns at 300 kills. 1 damage on hit and has 300 health, count for no kills. Boss: Big, red, and with arms, spawns at 100 kills 3 damage on hit and has 250 health, count for no kills Enemy: light blue with arms, deals one damage per hit and has 1 health, counts for 1 kill Statue: grey with arms, deals 2 damage per hit, incredibly fast, but only in charges, Only dies after 15 seconds or to a grenade. Worth 3 kills. Gunner: Blue with gun, bullets come in bursts of 4 and deal 1 damage each, has 15 health, counts for 8 kills. Only spawns after killing first boss. Bomber: Green with grenade, explodes upon touching player or being shot 5 times. Explosion deals 2 damage Worth 3 kills. Only spawns after killing first boss. Cannoneer: yellow with arms and cannon, deals no damage, but cannonball deals 3 damage. has 15 health, worth 15 kills, and only spawns after killing second boss. Trapper: Purple with hat, places bear traps, has 5 health and 3 bear traps, gives traps left (starts with 3) times 5, bear traps do no damage but they keep you stuck for 1 second. Spawns after killing second boss. Boss 3: cyborg and blue, has 400 health and 3 attacks, x bomb, charge, and shoot Item list: Health pack: tiny white thing with white plus in smaller red box, heals 1 (charges your shield once you get the energy shield) bad health pack: health pack but purple and x instead of plus, deal 1 damage grenade refill: green box with grenade on it, gives 1 grenade bear traps: grey circle with grey dots around, freezes you for 1 second
