Okay.. Colors? Cute. I love the pastels and light colors are a lot easier to match with each other. However, a lot of the design choices seem random. I can't say for sure because I didn't design her, but when I look at her, I'm not sure what she is. My first thought was a sailor from the hat, but looking at the rest of the outfit, I don't know. In design, visually appealing is important, but try to give hints about who they are as well. I think she's cutesy and sweet, maybe a little naive, but all I have to back that up is the colors.
