One thing to note, the lighting makes it really hard to see everything. While I like the art, the design is just underwhelming and boring to me. It's not bad but it isn't something that catches my eye. Focus on adding details and doing interesting stuff with the clothes/hair. They have a plush, so maybe add a bear backpack or bear ear headband? Just going off of the more childish vibes I'm getting, that's what I'd add.
