Nightfall curled her tail around herself tighter, losing herself in memories of Moonrise. Moonrise sighed, watching the sky, lost in his memories of Nightfall. "I wish [he/she] still loved me..." They both murmured. "But now, because of what I did, [he/she] hates me..." Nightfall lowered her head, sobbing. Moonrise turned away from the night sky, tears running down his muzzle. [He/she] heard a twig snap from the forest, and remembered that fateful day.... Nightfall and Moonrise were running through the forest, laughing and playing, when Nightfall howled and tripped on a twig, snapping it clean in half. She curled up in a ball, cradling her injured paw. Moonrise ran over to her. "Hey, Night, it will be OK." He said. "No, Moon, it won't! Neither of us know healing, and I can't catch food like this!" Nightfall sobbed. "Shh, no, it will be okay. We can go to one of those groups, they have healers, they can take care of you!"
