this is for a roleplay thing i plan on starting, just put a country (in an open area) and join the Group. Don't be crazy with it, i plan on having 20-30 people in this, so don't make your country too small. GLORY TO RETROGRADIA
Rules and guidelines: -Countries are allowed to declare wars on each other, but it should be for a valid reason (members will vote on this) -you can have any ideology as long as it follows scratch TOS (this is obvious) -You can have certain service vehicles for militaries and such, just be realistic. you can 'contract' other scratchers to design vehicles for your country or make your own, but be sure to credit them, the ''contractors" do not have to only serve one country. -should your country be annexed without your want, or lost to a war, it is not over, you can start a rebellion, this does not need a group vote to allow. the limit is 3 times, then you may observe. there may be some exceptions for countries that are having a hard time. -you do not necessarily have to design a flag, but I recommend doing that, makes it fun and adds realism. and I will probably remember you better - no IRL countries, be creative, its kinda the point of scratch. - alliance is allowed (limit of 3), and is permanent, there will likely be some exceptions (ie, there are only 2 countries left) -if one country is attacked, all other countries allied with it are to declare war on the attacker, however, they do not have to help an ally if they are the attacker.
