Set the top Slider to 0 to enable manual adjustment, and to 1 to disable it. Adjust the bottom sliders to manually change the window size and position (top slider must be at 0 first).
At last, I tried to make an adjustable computer-style window. The entire thing was programmed and drawn by me.
