It really helped make the formatting look more professional (especially the font!). Check it out! https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/73693006 · All of the artwork shown in this project was created by me, with an exception to the weird angle art piece :P · Most information learned from my art class! A: There's two ways: using white light from inside your home or taking the picture outside using natural light. For beginners, I would suggest going outside or using light from windows since it's "already there" for you to use. Tip: if you can, take the picture on a cloudy day to avoid harsh light. Q: How do you get that clean white background?? A: Even with good lighting, it's hard to get a perfect white background with only a camera/phone. So for artworks that don't have light colors, I use the "scan documents" feature from the Notes application (from an Apple device). Using the same techniques mentioned, I crop the picture and it automatically makes the background white as if it were scanned. Just note that this doesn't work well for light colors because the feature makes the artwork look brighter and whiter, so they won't show up as well. Q: What device do you use? A: I use a phone to take pictures, but any device with a good camera works! p.s. I used to use a scanner but I find that using a phone takes less time. :) --------------------------------------- Other questions? Ask in the comments! ~ ᗴ-ᖴᗩᑎ
