I woke up, my eyebags dark and my hair heavy. I was met by the royal physician and we exchanged a few words which I cannot recall I was dressed and fixed up like a barbie doll, and barley swallowed a bite off the food in front of me. I was going back to school, to the same class I would have been in. I entered the building. Remy and Alicea were nowhere to be found, and maybe what Leo said was right, maybe they didn't really care anyways. I walked straight down the hallway and felt someone behind me, and it was Leo all over again. I was sinking into the floor, the tiles were breaking in front of me, I couldn't s- "Arya? You're in my economics class right?" The person behind me said. "Leave me alone." I managed to get out, my mind still racing with horrible thoughts. "Oh. Okay." He replied, and turned away. He walked in slow heavy steps, and I could feel waves of disappointment bouncing off of him. I immediately regretted my decision. I didn't even look to see who it was, letting fear control me. "I'm sorry. I was scared." I replied. He gave a half nod and opened the door to our lecture hall. I closely followed after him, and took a seat right next to him. I hadn't looked at him well, but now I could. I couldn't help but notice his dark curly hair and dark brown eyes. The more I looked the more I couldn't look away, and I found myself studying every detail of his face. "Arya?" My face flushed with pink as he handed me a ipad and a stylus. "It's for notes in class. I don't think you heard the professor." "Oh, right." He began to write on his stylus, and the lesson begun. I wasn't really paying attention though, I was thinking of him. I felt a soft tap on my shoulder, diverting my attention to his ipad. 'I'm Nick. How are you.' Was written on a blank page on a app on his ipad. He had neat but somewhat rushed handwriting, and I decided to reply back. 'I'm OK. Do you know if this teacher gives out homework?' 'He said it in the beginning. He does, unfortunately. We have an assignment today.' 'How did you know my name?' 'Oh, well I asked my friend. I hadn't seen you before.' 'What was your first impression on me?' I replied back, starting to get more interested in Nick. 'You were pretty.' 'Past-tense?' 'No. I mean you are pretty. What were your impressions on me?' 'Creepy.' 'What about now?' 'Interesting.' We wrote to each other for the rest of the lecture. I rarely picked up anything from the lecture except for how increasingly attractive Nick was. The tiny smile he had when replying to me, the curiosity in his voice, and some... other things. I had only known him for a day. I was truly going crazy. The lecture was soon finally over, and we were instructed to find a study partner. Me and Nick decided to be partners, and we both didn't have any classes so we decided to study at the cafe. I had never been to the cafe, but it seemed like a good place to study. It was quiet and nice. "I think it's going to rain. Maybe we should leave a little later and go somewhere else before it does?" Nick asked. "What do you mean by 'somewhere else.'" I replied, a curious smile on my face. "Oh... Um, I don't know. That's n-" This was the first time I had seen him flustered, and to be honest, it was kind of h0t. There was a lot less studying then there was talking about tv shows and music and food. Soon the sky began to darken, and it started to drizzle. Rain fell on the ground in tiny bunches, hitting the pavement slowly and carefully and then sinking into the ground. "Let's go." Nick said, pushing all his things into his bag. "Where?" I asked. To be honest, I barely had any time to collect my thoughts because Nick was already off, walking out the cafe door. After a few minutes of walking, Nick finally spoke again. "Wanna watch a movie?" He asked, with a smile. "I walked all the way here, with no idea where I was going, just to be asked to watch a one hour film i'll probably forget in thirty minutes?" I asked, half sarcastic, half questioning. "Yes." He replied as he nodded and unlocked the door, revealing a luxurious room with the biggest screen TV I had ever seen. "My dad bought this place for me close to campus if I ever wanted to hang out or something." He said as he closed the door. I set my bag down near the door, and followed him to a nice sitting area. "What type of movie do you like? Probably horror or mystery." Nick asked, answering the question himself. I didn't even know he paid that much attention to me. We ended up choosing a movie called Jane, but I didn't really care about whatever movie we watched. I just liked being with him. Nick was sitting dangerously close to me, and I could hear the sound of his breathing. I could partially smell him too. I was seriously going crazy. "Arya." He said, with a mischievous smile on his face. There was a lot of things I wanted to do at that moment. --- go to notes/credits ---
