The Scratch Weather has issued a Tornado Warning for, Scratch Universe, Lake Ratch, Nobel, Jar Scrato, & Vatral Taration. If you are in any of these areas, a EF3 Tornado will form at your area and you must take shelter immediately. This tornado can, suck in objects, destroy 30% of a house, can mostly suck in cars.
